1. General Terms

Welcome to Simply Comfortable. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and the booking of accommodation at our properties. By accessing our website or making a reservation, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Reservations

All reservations are subject to availability. A valid credit card is required to guarantee your reservation. The cardholder must be one of the guests staying at the hotel.

• Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of a confirmation email
• Room rates are quoted in Thai Baht (THB) unless otherwise stated
• Rates are subject to applicable taxes and service charges

3. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation policies vary by rate type:

• Flexible Rate: Free cancellation up to 24 hours before check-in
• Non-Refundable Rate: Full payment at time of booking, no refunds for cancellation
• Special Offers: Specific terms apply as stated at time of booking

4. Check-in / Check-out

Standard check-in time is 2:00 PM and check-out time is 12:00 PM. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

5. Guest Conduct

Guests are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful manner. The hotel reserves the right to refuse service or remove guests who engage in inappropriate behavior.

6. Liability

Simply Comfortable is not liable for loss or damage to personal belongings. Valuable items should be stored in the in-room safe or hotel safe deposit boxes.
